When you feel like giving up, remember why you started

You ever get that feeling of boredom from exercising? Is it because we feel alone? Most of us are alone because friends or family aaren't interested in exercising and often we would like loved ones to be involved in everything we do for reasons of moral support. Whenever that critic voice creeps into you state of focused thinking, remember why you started in the first place and keep visualizing how great the end of your mission is going to be. I hope this helps and is inspiring. Feel free to add.

I'm fortunate that my friends and family like to exercise with me so I don't get bored.
However having said this when they aren't running as fast/far as me etc it can become a bit lonely.
Your words of wisdom 'remember why you started in the first place ' is what I always think about when this happens2 -
I started because age never stops and its in the rearview mirror, the one that says "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear". I look at people that have trouble walking due to worn knees and hips. A common trait is they are often very overweight. I want to be there for my Grandchildren and enjoy them and the years ahead.1
