I don't know why, but I love saying "29 pounds left" to myself so much more than "81 pounds down."

So thankful to myself for taking this time to focus on my needs. So thankful to be here right now.

I prefer your method as well. Keeps me from feeling like I'm going become complacent with a 65 pound loss and go off track before I hit my goal.
