Finally made it to 200!!

I made it to 200 this morning!!! Yay :) it's been slow, I've lost some, gained some back and lost again. I'm through with this cycle enough is enough !! SW as of Jan 2016 - 230 lbs CW 200 lbs as of this morning

    Good job! Love the attitude. That's what it took for me to finally get my butt in gear and do it. I had to finally get tired of going up and down. Keep up the great work!

    Congratulations! I started at 235 lbs! Down to 217 now. Hoping to reach 200 by new years!

    Congratulations! to both of you. I finally am doing well too. SW 221 CW 207 I have 57-60 lbs to go. I don't see a whole lot of difference, though my clothes are not as tight, CJ I can see a difference in your picture already. I should have done a before picture. Good luck everyone!

    Congratulations! I started at 231 at Easter and am one pound away. My original goal was <200 by Halloween, and I think I'll be able to make that happen!
