I'm 18 years old student and this is my final year in high school and I want to lose weight and be healthier before going to college but the time is not helping me, I go to school 5 days a week for 8 hours and I have to go to extra classes in the weekend so I really don't have time to workouts or to eat healthy
BTW I'm 155 and I weight 65kg

It takes less time to eat less of whatever it is you normally eat. Eating a healthy, well-rounded, diet is good for your overall health but eating less in general is what will lead to weight loss.
If you are in class 8 hours, 7 days a week, and sleep for 8 hours, 7 days a week, you still have 52 hours left during which you can do something to be active. If you want to be active, you should be able to find a way to fit it in. Thirty minutes three times a week should not be difficult to fit in. Once you can do that and find an activity that you enjoy, you will find a way to make time for it.1 -
Hate to be that guy, but if you think you have no time now in high school, it only gets worse as you move into college and the real life. I work 8-10 hours a day every day, get home to a wife and family and still find time to do the gym 5-6 times a week.
Get it under control now, don't look for a fad diet, look at a lifestyle change and use your last year to develop a routine that will get you through life. Sadly, college isn't the easiest place to keep a healthy lifestyle as you rely on cafeteria food if you live in the dorms, or whatever your college budget can afford if you are in an apartment. Learn portion control and pick up a workout like T25 you can do at home or in a dorm room pretty easily. Only takes 25 minutes plus a few extra for cool down stretching. The worst mistake we all made on this forum was letting ourselves go in the first place. If you can stop the damage while you're young and turn it around, you won't be this 30 year old guy here 12 years down the road
