Learning to reach out. Learning to experience uncomfortable feelings without filling my tummy to feel better. Especially in the evening....Hmmmm....any thoughts?

    Journaling is my way of reconnecting with my real needs & not feeding them (shortcuts). Its a habit that helped me in my 20's & now approaching 50!
