:happy: I started last July and lost almost 40 pounds. I caught pneumonia and was laid up for a month and completely got off track. I've gained back all the weight I lost but i wanted to try again. So here I go!

    Hang in there. I know how frustrating it is to lose than gain it all back plus more. That's the boat I'm in. You did it once so I know you can do it again. :)

    Thanks for the encouraging words...I realy want this to happen, I need to feel healthy again, for my sake and my daughters sake!
