    $199 for 13 weeks, have confidence in his knowledge etc and he is very motivating, I had a good look around his website too, http://www.getcommandofit.com.au/workout-plans/ I'm really liking fact he emphasises mostly on nutrition / clean eating, and everybody starts together, and finishes together :)
