I fondly refer to my sugar addiction to my pet dragon. I'm an emotional sugar eater. Most when I'm angry.1

Oh yes to the dark chocolate. I let myself have some daily0 -
I've had that same problem before. But now, daily, I don't have to worry about having unhealthy sweets. What I do is have a bowl of oats and I mix in a serving of sugar free maple syrup and a spoon of peanut butter. Later on, I cut up an apple and some grapes and mix in some Greek yogurt. All sweet tasting and scrumptious, but healthy and light on calories!
Don't get me wrong, on a cheat day, I WILL plow my way through a bag or two of Reese's. Haha1 -
I have sweets everyday I cannot imagine a day without sweets tbh3

I gave up! If I don't have my sugar I am miserable and tend to eat more of other foods! And I become beyotchy!
Sweets make me sweet!2 -

haha. I don't share this problem. I actually don't feel the need to eat sweet things, more of fatty food :P. But I think you can include a sweet thing everyday, a square of chocolate per day shouldn't be a problem i think (no specialist by the way)1
