Migrating from a liquid diet...

Hi all!
I had a minor throat surgery earlier this week and haven't been tracking my intake in MFP since I was pretty out of it. I was concerned that I'd pack on the pounds due to no activity and a crappy diet, but was thrilled to find I lost 3 pounds since last week's weigh-in!
I know I didn't lose it in a healthy way... mainly ate ice cream, with some yogurt and kefir. Just had rice pudding today. However, I'd still like to not gain back as soon as I'm on solid foods, which should be in the next day or two.
If I just stick to my MFP calories, I should not gain it right back, correct? I plan on getting back to my normal whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc. soon, but I don't want the solid foods to somehow magically spike my pounds. Not sure if the liquid stuff is just passing through me quicker!
This question may make no sense scientifically, but I figured I'd throw it out there... thanks!
