Following 1100 calories and eating lots of protein and vegetables but not losing. Help.

    Maybe you need to eat more. you only lose weight on a calorie defecit. i was eating around 1200 calories which was really low and i wasnt losing anything and i had to up it to 1400 calories which resulted in losing 2lbs last week.. or maybe you have just hit a plateau and need to do something which will shock your body whether it is change in diet or exercise.
