I am planning to lose about 9kg weight.

A rate that does not sacrifice your personal mental and physical health. Many people do well aiming for about .5 lbs (.227 kg) a week.1

I like to use 2 lbs. a week as my goal but its not difficult for me to lose 5 lbs. a week. The problem is that I usually put five back on over the weekend. 3 pound loss already this week and trust me I do not starve. I had about 800 calories for breakfast and just finished a 200 calorie snack (almonds)1

He has 20 pounds to lose, so 2 pounds per week would be too aggressive.1 -
I don't count or log anymore and don't "diet" I just manage my food choices & portions. If I could just stay away from beer and wine I would have this ideal weight thing aced. Wasn't trying to be aggressive but I still think in terms of two a week because I am impatient and its what I am used to. Really any consistent loss will do even if small.0

I love beer, my downfall too! LOL0 -
Thanks for the advice. I will aim for 0.2--0.3 kg weight loss per week.2
