Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's see if we can do 150.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 150 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    These killed my arms last week, but no pain, no gain, :happy: will give it another go, hopefully arms are a bit stronger this week, so count me in :smile:

    Gotcha. 150 seems reasonable. I think my arms have recovered enough to complete this challenge. Thanks for adding the ab work this past week. You are my motivator. I check out the challenge first thing in the morning, and then do it throughout the day. I would never have thought of many of these exercises on my own.

    I got this one done last night, 6 sets of 25, I did it using the stairs (next to the bottom one)
    My arms aren't aching as much as they did last time :smile:
