    @diljones1 thank you! My first tip would be to try not to make too many changes at once. It gets too overwhelming and then you give up. I concentrated first on my diet and changing that because that was my biggest problem. Once I had sorted that out I then started to incorporate exercise. And my second tip would be not to be too hard on yourself. I slip up every few days and have a treat but I don't let it ruin my whole week.. I wake up the next day and start fresh
