MyFitnessPal! What an awesome tool!

I started tracking my intake on July 6th this year (2016) and I am amazed at the effectiveness of setting a goal, tracking your intake, and monitoring your progress every day. I have been logging my food intake and recording my weight every day since July and so far have lost about 50 lbs! This an awesome tool with an awesome community of like-minded individuals who share the common goal of good health. Thanks my Fitness Pal!

    p.s. I have never counted calories before beginning this journey. Who knew it could be so straight forward!

    that is awesome, my calorie intake is 1200, I am not too sure of how to balance the choices in order to reach my intake amount. any suggestions?

    I started in January and have lost 84 lb (7 st) doing exactly as OP says.
