    Low fat?

    High fiber?

    Vegan?

    No-bake?

    Perrier water.

    Pavlova.

Apple slices. If it's not decadent enough, dip them sparingly in caramel sauce. Make sure you log the caramel too.

I finish nearly every evening with Perrier water. It tingles and it is calorie free. How much more decadent and healthy can it be?

Pavlova is meringue. Egg whites (protein) fluffed full of air and topped with fruit. I've thought for some time it is an ideal evening dessert.

The skinny pop popcorn is really good and only 39 calories a cup, I like to eat a couple cups for an after dinner snack.

I like to microwave some frozen berries (I use the fancy berry medley from Trader Joe's) I think it tastes like pie filling or better and low calorie.
