Hi there! I'm looking for some new friends with similar stats to mine. I'm 5'4 and current weight is 196 lbs. Looking to be around 125-145 lbs. Would be great to have some new motivational buddies! Please comment below and send me a friend request if you're a similar size to me with similar goals.

    Add me. I'm 5"3-5"4 and currently 217. Goal is prob same as yours 130-150 but who knows bc I've never been a normal weight adult lol. Trying for 1200 cal range and trying for 40/30/30 macros range. Been working on it for about two months and have lost about 17 pounds. My diary is open.

    My original starting weight was 195lb (I'm 5'5"), like you. I dropped 23lb last year down to 172lb, but 4lb has crept back on, as I lost focus. So, right now, it's 8 weeks to Christmas, and I'm looking for motivation to get back into the swing of things, and lose some weight. I'd like to be around 145lb as a final goal, but I'm prepared for that to take a long while. I'd like to kick it off with 10-12lb weight loss up to Christmas (176 down to 164-166lb)

    So, I'm going to get strict with my logging. For me, that's the thing that I need to focus on, and hopefully everything will begin to fit into place, once I'm religiously logging my food. My exercise schedule has dropped off the radar recently, but I'm not going to make any 'too busy' excuses from now on! Add me, I need the accountability!

    I'm 5'4 with a starting weight of 191. I've lost about 35 lbs and I'm down to 155. I've set mini goals along the way and my first goal weight is 148 and then I will tackle my second goal weight or 130. I don't really have an ultimate goal of what weight I want to be at just strong and healthy.
