I am new to this site. I just started my diet and life change today. My sister started a year ago and is down 96 pounds. She is such an inspiration to me. I am nervous but ready! Thanks for supporting eachother!

    This can sometimes be a Challenging journey, but
    having a support system in place is key I think, and with your
    sister as motivation and being here on this site, where there is

    Welcome Jamie! It might seem hard at first but the best step is the first step, the most gratifying step will be the last step. :) Just remember chin up and we are all here to support one another.

    My sister has lost 50lbs so far and she has really been motivation and inspiration for me!! Every time I see her, she is feeling and looking better!!
