Hey!
I've been back and forth so many times with my fitness pal and I sit naturally at 140 lbs... I've never been weight concious but as I get a little older, if really like to finally get to my goal weight of 120 lbs... toned and healthy!
I'm going to start a challenge for myself which consists of clean eating and hi it training which I will track the entire journey.
Anyone want to join me on the bandwagon? Any tips and thoughts? Anyone else sit at a natural body weight that can never push last it?

I mean I think you "sit" at whatever weight you want to be at. If you want to be 120 lbs, eat in a deficit until you reach that goal and then find your maintenance calorie level and continue from there. If you want to be "toned" make sure you are lifting/strength training while losing weight that way you can maintain some muscle while being in a deficit. Good luck on your journey!0
