Here I go again!

Hello!!! I started over for the millionth time this week!! I'm looking for active motivating friends! I will be on daily and posting! I'm 39 and looking to lose 60 more pounds! I workout with a group 3 days a week and trying to be active at least 3 other days. I'm a motivator and need motivation myself. Food is the difficult part for me. I love working out.

    I've done this program on and off a few times now and think I might have finally found something that works for my body which is a little carb diet I've been using this app for religiously for about a month now and so far it's working I'm always looking for new friends to help motivate me and motivate others

    Congrats on starting again! I have been maintaining going on two years..I found balance is what works best with food. Allow yourself to eat what you like within reason. I focused first on calories, then nutrition to get the most bang for my buck..
