17 day diet

So I have bought this book now and started the diet today. Just curious has anyone had any success with this and if so did you follow it to a 'T'??? Some of things can't find (foods) and I do like to have my budlight on the weekends....

    I am currently on Cycle 3, I was very strict with the no alcahol for the first two cycles. In cycle 2 I did has a small amount of chocolate (usually a very small piece of something my husband was having). I lost 5.2kg or about 12 pounds during the fist two cycles.

    My sister in law is on that and she's lost weight, and doesn't eat exactly what they say. She picks certain foods in the diet she likes and eats those. She works with the diet but with the foods and stuff she will actually eat. I hope that kinda helps some. Good luck!

    This diet is amazingg. I did it with a friend and in the first month i lost around 15 pounds and so did she. I never really loved onto the second cycle because i liked the results from the first one so much but i did add diff foods in slowly, deff follow it strict the first 17 days and see what kind of results you get, drop the alcohol even on the weekends, youll get amazing results trust me.
