Hi there everyone....my plan is going to be high proteins low carbs and work outs on XX11i and TRX but will split into phases....I'd like to have some aggressive goals that I can stick to. Anyone else using a similar plan?

    Hi, my calorie intake and spinning classes / weights programme is considered agressive but I'm a big believer in "what works for you" is fine. I change my plan every 4 weeks to keep things interesting. All I would say is be very aware of how you feel and don't be afraid to up the carbs a little if your energy levels are too low and drink plenty of water to help process the higher protein intake. Apart from that.... good luck. I'm on here each day so happy for you to add.
