During my years at college, I probably went to the gym a total of 5 times. After graduation I decided to change that, and I started losing all of the weight gained from constantly eating late night pizza. After fixing my diet, going to the gym, and running, I was able to go from 200 lbs to 172 lbs in about 5 months.
