    Thank you :-) It's been a life changing year lol. I'm so happy that now I'm able to run after and play with my son and have the energy to do so.

    Great job! Work just as hard at maintaining that great loss! At 79 YO I have yo yoed weight all my life up until I found MFP! I have now maintained a 50 # loss for 2 years - first ever! Keep watching what you eat - yes a splurge now and then, but don't let it get back to how you were eating! Good luck!
