Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Can't go more than 50 ! just got started with gym lifestyle after a loooooooooooooong time now ! need to build up stamina ! someone tell me how to reach a target of 200 ! n yea how helpful is that ?

    do 50 now and then 50 more in a while and repeat - if you do crucnhes over 4 or 5 attempts today you will get it done!

    i just started it now in sets of 20 thinking i would probably only manage 60 but i did my 1st 100! going out shortly on a bike ride so ill do the other 100 when im back!

    I'm in too!!! This will be my 1st challenge as well :) starting now....doubt i can do 200 in a row but i'll do more tomorrow morning & keep @ it until i reach 200!!

    Mmmm interesting this will be my first challenge also...when i'm going to attempt it though i'm not sure...will try it after work...i'll be happy if i get to 20 to be honest as i can't do crunches to save my life without my back hurting!

    I'm in! Strategy - 100 standing crunches (learned this from HipHopAbs!) then tonight or sometime during the day I will do 50 regular crunches and 50 Julian Michael lower ab crunches! I feel the pain already!!!
