Uni Lunches. HELP

Any Idea's of healthy lunches that don't need to be heated and not sandwiches ? I can only think of things like Pasta Salad, CousCous Salad, Potato and Egg Salad, and they are all high in carbs. And It's the middle of winter so I don't really want summer lettuce salads.

Help?

I take a bunch of sliced vegetables, some avocado, nuts, dates, tofu, and olives to work for lunch every day.
  • Could you take wraps or pitta in stead of sandwiches? They are both lower in carbs and the possibilities of fillings are endless

Soup in a flask is always a good option! You can make it yourself or just buy a tin! It's warming for the winter months too! x

I take veggie chilli in the winter and eat it cold. Only carbs are in the beans and they are also protein, so I dont worry too much.
  • Thanks Heaps :)
