Not New, but a new start.

Hi Fitties!
I am not new to the scene, but just starting over, again, for like the 4583875839 time (exaggeration). But..... I need a little kick in the booty. Hoping to make some new fit friends, and stick with them through our journeys.

    Remember you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, not just exercise :wink: I learned this the hard way... 10 months of working out hard, no weight loss, now finally seeing results since keeping track of my calories and staying within my daily calorie goal! Yay!

    I'm pretty fit- weight lifting 3ish times a week plus cardio, hiit cardio, walking & hiking. Love having inspirational friends & helping motivate other :smile:
