Hi, I've been on MFP for a while. My journey has been a long one. I was 485 lbs at my highest weight in 2007 prior to Lap Band. I am now at 361 lbs. I had let my weight climb back up to about 415 lbs last January. Since then I had to start taking insulin for type 2. I taken off about 60 pound up to May. I threw an 8mm Kidney stone. Wasn't able to exercise regularly again until the end of July. Well, no excuses now, I am just getting back into the swing. I would like some encouragement/accountability to keep moving towards my Christmas goal of 30 lbs loss. My goal weight is 220.

    You can do this. You know how and you have the want. Im 290 and trying to get down to around 200.
