My target weight loss is 132lbs. Its been almost 3 weeks and i'm stuck at 143.66lbs. I have tried advice from all the experts.....increased my calorie intake, zigzagged my calorie intake, increased protein etc.... but every morning weigh in - im the same weight!

This is slowly killing my motivation and determination.

Sometimes it takes a while to see results. Everybody's different.

What does your exercise routine look like? If you're okay with it, open up your food diary and I'm sure we can share some tips.

I went through the same thing. I was eating below my calorie goal and working out hard, but not losing anymore.

Then, I adjusted my food diary to include sugar and sodium. Looking back through my diary, I had been going over on both even though i never exceeded my daily calorie goal.

I gave up sugar (even fruit) and watched my sodium, and I lost 5 lbs in 3 days. That was my last 5 lbs and I reached my goal. Sugar is the worst thing for someone trying to lose weight. Giving it up is not easy, but if you can do it for a few weeks it pays off.

Also, dairy has the same effect for me.

I was stuck for 7 weeks! stop all excercise for 1 week, but stay under/at your calorie goal. Drink loads of water, and get plenty of sleep, this helps so much.

After this week, completely change your excercise, do not do the same as before, try cutting out some carbs, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. Trust me i know how you feel, after the first week of having a rest, my body had no idea what was going on, it was almost liek starting again. Good luck xx
