Well where do I start... I'm not new to the lose/gain game and I've always had to work hard at being a reasonable weight. My heaviest was at 300 my lowest at 142. I had a baby almost two years ago and I'm back at 213. I feel horrible about myself and dislike mirrors. I feel like I'm missing out because I want to stay behind on a lot of family events. I want to get back on a healthier lifestyle not only for myself, but for my 2yr old son. I'm hoping this app helps me achieve the goals I have one pound at a time. My main source of excerise is walking which I do about 5-8 miles a day, but the main problem is my food intake. Feel free to add me because I'm not sure how to add people. I need accountability to help stay on track. Thanks for reading :)
