Challenges: Still retaining water, but likely due to impending TOM now. Argh - it's always something. Definitely dealing with more stalls at this point (second one), and trying to trust the process and be patient to get to my ultimate goal.
Successes: Relieved to have been able to stay even given how bloated I was all week (water retention still likely from workouts, impending TOM, and taking ibuprofen for a sore shoulder). Did drop some inches in my shoulders and hips. If the previous stall pattern holds, I should have a good drop on the scale next week.0 -

Challenges: Current work schedule is making getting my workouts in a bit challenging. Also TOM, so feeling blarghy.
Successes: At least I lost something this week/month. And I'm .4 lbs less than I was at the start of the month...not the goal, and it's not as good as the loss I saw the first week, but it's a loss for the month despite the stall / water bloat from the new strength training routine.0 -
