Back on it.

Hi Im Natasha and in June this year I decided I wanted to get fitter and healthier I started of really well; but life happens and after a couple rough months I lost all motivation in September and October but now I'm ready to start again and this time going to keep it going. I will be fitter and healthier in 2017.

    I know what it's like to lose motivation. In fact I'm here because it happened to me but only for the past 3 weeks. I''m restarting today. Maybe we can encourage each other and stay on track

    I lost motivation when i came out of the forces in 1995. I got it back 3 weeks ago..lol..i tried in the years since '95 abd dabbled with fitness every now and then but i found oyu need to want to do it within yourself. That time has come for me now and determined to get on track to fitter healthier me.
