Are there any other homeschool moms here? Sometimes I have the "grass is greener on the other side of the fence" mentality (about dieting--not homeschooling! I LOVE homeschooling!) and I think "Well, if *I* got up in the morning, ate a quick breakfast, packed a sensible lunch to take to work and didn't come home until supper time, it would be easier because I wouldn't be at HOME with all this food here tempting me!!! :) Nah....I wouldn't trade it for anything...but homeschool moms DO have it different than some others........... Are any of you homeschool moms? I'd love to friend you :)

I homeschool my youngest. Feel free to friend me.

I just don't buy junk anymore. And if I have to (meaning hubby is complaining-skinny guy, never puts on weight) I buy the junk that I don't like. I don't like doritos, and I don't like oreos too much. If I don't buy it, it is not there.

Add me--I homeschool my two daughters, and sometimes being home all day is a big temptation. The other side of that coin is that if I'm home, it's easier to make a healthy dinner than if I'm gone all day. For instance, I thought we would be gone today, and I wasn't sure if I'd have time to make the dinner I planned. But things didn't work out, so we're home instead, and I know I'll have time to try a new recipe (gazpacho!).
