hello. i have been on this site the better part of 5 months till my husband deployed and due to stress started acting like a different person (he doesn't do well away from us thinks we don't need him). so after about 2 1/2 months of being treated like crap, hardly eating and being a depressed mess, i put my foot down said enough is enough. he stopped what he was doing, and things have been getting better, and i can once again focus on my health. anyone who would like to take this journey with me i could very much use the support. to those of you who stuck with me through my long silences thank you.

I have also been here before and I am back, so I partially understand. I would imagine it is very difficult to stay on track through life changes like that. Feel free to add me on as a friend if you would like. We can do this if we all stick together.0
