Hi all, first post.

I started keto about 3 months ago and for the first 9 weeks I was very strict and not going over 25g of carbs a day. I went from 115kg to 99.7 over those 9 weeks which was amazing. However I had a friends birthday coming up on my 10th week and he was going for a meal in a really nice chinese place. I decided to treat myself and have a full on meal which i regretted as ever since i've been very slack on keto and just cant seem to get back into it.

Has anyone got a tip for easing your way back into the diet?

I don't think you can force it. You just need to be diligent. You've done so well already so you know it works!

2 days water fast - recommended by many physicians and scientists to let your body clean itself. After 2 days (chill out, take some walks) you'll deplete the glycogen and be back on the wagon (assuming you're fat-adapted. If not there'll be a few days of keto-flu probably)
