calorie count and exercise

Is it bad to over exercise so u can indulge in something not so healthy?

    Over-exercising, by very definition, isn't good -- it's exercising more than is good for you.

    If you feel you have to over-exercise to eat the foods you want, it's possible that you are restricting too much.

    People can say it's good or bad depending on their beliefs, but if it's a choice you're willing to make, I hope you enjoy the treat.

    I don't use the term "overexercise", but I do "save" exercise calories from one day so that I can "spend" them on another day :smile:

    I usually walk 3 miles but today I wanted a Starbucks double shot so I walked 2 more miles. I can't seem to completely cut out energy drinks

    A lot of us work out so we can eat more...and the math behind MFP is we are supposed to.

    As long as you are in a deficit and still feeding your body enough....walk those extra miles and have that DoubleShot.
