    Nothing to it but to just do it. One day at a time and before you know it, you will be a smaller version of the you of today. First few days can be tough cause your body needs to catch up to your mental decision. So, be patient with it as it adjusts. When I started, I didn't think I could live on the amount of calories assigned to me. I had been chronically eating 2k to 3k calories extra per day = obese. Mind-blowing. Now, some days it's a challenge to eat them all!

    Thanks for the Advice appreciate it I have never got to my target weight ever enjoy to much junk, exercise not a problem just the eating

    If you mess up/over eat just keep on going weather you get back on track the next meal or the next day. Slip ups will happen just make then into small speed bumps and keep moving on
