I lost over 200 pounds before creating a MFP account. No surgery. No crazy diets. No extreme exercise. Disabled with metabolic syndrome. If I can do it, anyone has hope!

I'm on MFP to go even further on my journey, as I still weigh 246 pounds. My starting point was 460.
