I'm in! Strategy - 100 standing crunches (learned this from HipHopAbs!) then tonight or sometime during the day I will do 50 regular crunches and 50 Julian Michael lower ab crunches! I feel the pain already!!!0

I'll try! Would have finished the Monday challenge as the first three sets of 15 on each side were easy enough, but then worked out in the garden for over two hours with no water and was dehydrated with major headache. It's HOT - drink water!!! Like these challenges - thanks!0
