Good morning MFP users!
Totally feeling good this morning! I'm working from 7:15am-9pm tonight...but I took some extra time to go grocery shopping last night and picked up some essentials so I could meal prep for my long work days this week! My purpose for meal prepping is to: (1) save money and not eat out (2) be more macro friendly and accurately track my food intake (3) did I mention save money?? There aren't the best meal choices within a close distance to my work so I'm looking forward to the meals I prepared for today!
The big accomplishment this morning is that I actually got myself out of bed this morning at 4am and did a 30 minute cardio session at my apartment's gym! I can tell that definitely set me up for a productive day and I can tell my body, mood and energy level feels a lot higher!
Next goal: to train legs tonight when I get home from work, wish me luck!

I am with you! Get up at 5am and run/elliptical for 30-45minutes. I was baking chicken at 9pm last night to control my intake. Feel great all day! Good luck with your legs workout.2
