I actually joined the Optifast program at my hospital. I lost the first inital about 50lbs in about 3 months. The rest has been slow and steady. I do lots of cardio about 5 days a week in the gym and then I bike ride about another 4 times a week! LOVE MY BIKE!0 -

Looking good! I've lost 61.5 lbs so far, and am struggling to see a difference but I know there is. People tell me I'm looking good but after years of being overweight, it's difficult to accept compliments. Well done to you.x0
