Go cold turkey or start slowly?

Hi all would just like to seek some opinions. I am starting my weight loss journey again and I'm not sure if I should go back my strict dieting as I know this Method works in helping me lose weight. or I should start slowly all over again? I am just afraid if I start slowly I will be more tempted to eat junk food and give up halfway because results is too slow.

    Hi Karissa,

    What are your stats? How much are you trying to lose?

    In order to lose weight, all you have to do is eat less calories than you burn. Slow and steady always wins the race.

    Hi I'm around 5"2 (158cm) weight hovering around 59-62 depending on whether I overeat the previous day! I really wanna lose weight but I have been eating really really badly the past few months! I was doing well dieting but after losing about 8kg I went into the overeating binge phase. I tried eating at maintenance but I still binge occasionally so I'm not sure what I should do now :(
