Hey name is Terry in the last year I have lost 79 lbs from 322lbs to 243 today and I am thrilled but I would like to get to 195-200 . I have bin on MFP for 50 some odd days and have not lost any weight I've lost one or te but for the most part I'm stuck, very frustrating ! I've be leaving deficit calories daily but yet I'm stuck. I am religious about tracking so I'm wondering what's the problem any advise anyone , I am a 60 year old male about 5'10" and lost the 80 lbs without any exercise at all which I plan on changing just got the Bowflex Max which i plan to start using ; would love some feedback thanks...

Hi Terry, congrats on your weight loss so far!

Have you updated your weight loss into MFP? Do you use a food scale to weigh everything solid?

It's tough to weigh my food all the time because I'm a driver and on the road so it can be challenging , and I did just change my weight from 1 to 2 lbs per week about 300 Cals less per day see if that helps

I understand the issues with weighing food, sometimes it is not convenient. You have not lost any weight in 50 days?

Where would I find that flow chart?
  • i went through so much HELL getting out of the 200's, i can't even tell u...but finally being out of them helps so much (even 199lbs) because i saw/see it as a completely new chapter... i weigh myself every other day and if i start getting closer to 200 again, i get super tough on myself and really put my foot down...so just push as hard as u can, amidst the setbacks/frustration until u're out of the 200's
