Fat acceptance

The focus should be on being lazy rather than size, weight or appearance. When the body starts moving it will get healthier and probably lose fat. I also find intense exercise reduces my appetite and it is easy to eat better when I move more.

I'm not sure what you want to debate, unless you're telling me what *my* focus should be?3
-
(Hint: You don't get to do that)19

You mean I can only like myself when I get fit and thin(ner)?

Does this mean I can call the OP lazy for not filling out their profile or bothering to include a profile pic?

Title doesn't seem to fit (and is duplicative), no clear debate topic.3

Isn't there already a thread going, on exactly this topic?1

I'm not less lazy than when I weighed 40 pounds more than I do now. I just do a better job of balancing my calorie intake with my activity now.11

...I still don't know what we're debating. What are we debating?8 -

Haha! Nah...Superman knows better.2 -
I'm thinking this was supposed to be a reply to the other ongoing conversation, and was accidentally posted as a new thread instead0

Maybe you should focus on not making rediculous statements and assumptions.2

Ditto. I'm down 115lbs and guess what? I've maybe gone on a dozen walks in that time and not much else. It's easier to cut out a set amount of calories than to exercise off that same caloric amount. Eventually, I might exercise some more for fitness, but it's been basically non-existent for the actual weight loss.1 -
I'm far more willing to accept myself being lazy than I am to accept myself being fat.2
