Meal replacements mixed with water?

Hi all!
I've recently started using meal replacement shakes for two meals a day (still eating a sensible dinner and two snacks a day) but with now my commute to uni being two hours long, I can't store dairy without it spoilling.
Does anyone know any good shakes that I can mix with water instead as mine is strictly milk?
Thanks x

Have you tried either freezing milk & letting it thaw on your commute, then mixing the shake,
or
mixing the shake, then freezing it, and let it thaw until you're ready to use it?
Just keep it in a small insulated cooler or bag, or wrap it with newspaper or a towel.
Or how about using powdered milk, and the shake mix, measure it into your bottle(s) at home, add water at school?
Or of course, go back to actual food, which is cheaper & more satisfying. But some of that would still probably need a small cooler & blue ice pack.0
