Trying this high fat low carb diet.

I am going to try this high fat low carb thing. I need help please. I don't eat sweets alot. I love banana nut oatmeal. I am severly allergic to coconut! ! I travel constantly but usually have a microwave and small mini fridge. Im thinking about purchasing a slow cooker and a single burner.

Here are a couple things I do when I travel -- I take a protein powder that I really like with me and I mix it with low fat milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Boiled eggs also travel really well, as does hard cheese -- perfect meal is boiled eggs, cheese and tea. Really not so complicated once you get the hang of it.0

I travel for work and I do low carb/ no carb 85% of the time. I also tend to only have a microwave/ mini fridge and it can be difficult. I eat a lot of rotisserie chicken, frozen steamable veggies, eggs, cheese, and salads. I also have a small crock pot that I make beef, pork, and chicken in along with carrots, mushrooms, green beans etc. A lot of hotels don't allow a single burner but you can normally get away with the crock pot. "Sludge" was always a staple when traveling...a concoction of whey protein, nut butter or oil, minimal water (for desired consistency), and nuts/seeds/berries etc. (for texture). No cooking required0

Sludge is legitimately amazing. I found out about it via an old bb.com thread where they were postihg up recipes for it. Some of the *kitten* they came up with was awesome. I remember one lady in particular had made a sludge that could be microwaved to turn into a damn good brownie.0 -
