Fat acceptance

The focus should be on being lazy rather than size, weight or appearance. When the body starts moving it will get healthier and probably lose fat. I also find intense exercise reduces my appetite and it is easy to eat better when I move more.

I'm not sure what you want to debate, unless you're telling me what *my* focus should be?

Title doesn't seem to fit (and is duplicative), no clear debate topic.

Isn't there already a thread going, on exactly this topic?

Maybe you should focus on not making rediculous statements and assumptions.

I'm not less lazy than when I weighed 40 pounds more than I do now. I just do a better job of balancing my calorie intake with my activity now.

Ditto. I'm down 115lbs and guess what? I've maybe gone on a dozen walks in that time and not much else. It's easier to cut out a set amount of calories than to exercise off that same caloric amount. Eventually, I might exercise some more for fitness, but it's been basically non-existent for the actual weight loss.

I'm far more willing to accept myself being lazy than I am to accept myself being fat.

I don't even know what thread that is, but this OP doesn't belong...anywhere, really.
