This site is great! I don't like the word "DIET" so this site is perfect for me because I don't feel like I have to watch every single thing I eat. It's very user friendly and the people using this site seem very motivated!

    On here constantly! If not on my computer at work then on my cell phone. I haven't been on Facebook in over 3 weeks because of this site. So informative and great support system!

    Me too. I am on here at lunch and back on when I get home. I feel like my day is not complete if I do not come on here. I love this site and am so glad I asked my co-worker what she was doing to lose weight. I will be having my wisdom teeth removed on Friday but will go on before my appt since I don't know if I will be up to getting on the rest of the day.
