That's me in 2007 -approx 240 lbs second pic was from yesterday - 133 pounds - still have a few to lose and some toning - I was able to get off of high blood pressure medication last month after being on it for 14 years -

    Thank u - shoulder press - tricep dip machine at gym and 21 day fix extreme from beach body - it has an upper fix video with weights -
