That is not a good way to lose weight. 40 lbs in two months is far too restrictive. If you do manage that then I wish you well good luck on your journey1

You need to give yourself about 5 months to lose 40 pounds- 2 pounds a week loss is the maximum healthy weight loss rate and that is only if you have a lot of weight to lose.2

Super strict is extremely hard to maintain during the living of your life. It is great that you are feeling highly motivated. I suggest finding ways to incorporate habits that you can stick to without feeling deprived. That is likely to lead to better long-term results than a very restrictive short-term "diet".
You also have the holidays coming up which for many people means special foods that aren't available any other time of the year. Be sure to budget some calories for those occasions/foods so you don't have to feel like you "fell off the wagon" or blew your plan.0 -
Please don't do this. I don't even think it's possible. You would need to have a DEFICIT of about 2300 calories a day to achieve this.0

I would love to help encourage you as you go along with what ever plan you wish. Just because you are shooting for 40, although it may not happen, maybe it will really help you set you habits for the future. Anyways I'm happy to help just message me0
