Anyone doing Ripped in 30 ?

i'm on day 8 - wondering how everyone is going with it ? are you losing weight ? and how many calories are you logging that you burn per circuit ?
i've lost about 0.8kg since beginning but my weight went all over the place over the weekend - I'm logging about 23 minutes circuit training on MFP (217 calories) which excludes the warm up & cool down as I often skip them as I don't have time

I have it and like it a lot, just haven't done it in a while. I log the 23 min as circuit training and the rest as mild stretching. I started with 3lb hand weights. I would probably try 5s or 9s, depending on the exercise, now.1

I'm probably the only guy that will admit this but I've done it a couple times, with the most recent time being over the summer. I don't know how many calories I burned but I generally figure with a circuit workout of that length it's around 250. I also use much heavier dumbbells than they do to get a better workout, otherwise it would be far too easy. There's a blond on there with a wicked camel toe that always seems to make me chuckle, especially when the camera men are focusing in on it.1
